Job Summary: The Telecaller Executive for Donation Purposes at Kotik Foundation plays a crucial role in our fundraising campaigns. This role involves reaching out to potential donors over the phone, building relationships, and securing donations to help us achieve our fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors to explain the mission and initiatives of Kotik Foundation.
• Present compelling and persuasive information to encourage donations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.
• Answer questions and provide information about our programs and how donations will be utilized.
• Process and record donations accurately, ensuring donor information is up to date.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual fundraising targets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all donor interactions.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising Manager and team to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
