We are creating a panel of legal advisor called "Legal Mitra". These Legal Mitra will help to those people who are looking for guidance about the legal matters. Legal Mitra will be worked on the basis of sharing basis and membership basis. In this procedure You may participate in following activities:

  2. Webinars
  3. Seminars
  4. Legal Awareness Program
  5. Workshops
  6. Seminars organized by experts
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.): A candidate must have completed a three-year LL.B. program after obtaining an undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Alternatively, a five-year integrated LL.B. program after completing higher secondary education (10+2) is also acceptable.
  • Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.): Some positions may require or prefer candidates with an LL.M. degree, which is a postgraduate specialization in a specific area of law.

Enrollment with the Bar Council:

  • After completing an LL.B. program, candidates must enroll with the State Bar Council in the respective state where they intend to practice law. This enrollment is mandatory to be recognized as a legal professional and practice law in India.

Professional Experience:

  • We prefer candidates with practical experience in the legal field. This can be gained through internships, clerkships, or working as an associate in a law firm or legal department. 3 years of experience required
