About Kotik Foundation
Kotik Foundation began its journey in June 2021 in Udaipur, Rajasthan, under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. From the very beginning, our purpose has been clear — to offer full support to people who are struggling, and to help them live better, happier lives. As a non-profit organization, we work hard to uplift poor and underprivileged communities through a variety of support programs.
We are more than just an organization — we are a community that cares. Everything we do is driven by love, compassion, and the desire to bring real change. Our goal is simple but strong: to build a better future for those in need by creating smart, thoughtful, and impactful projects.
Our doors are always open to anyone looking for help. But our dreams don’t end in Udaipur — we want to grow, to reach beyond our city, and touch lives all across India. Every step we take is toward a future where no one is left behind.

The Beginning: Fighting COVID Together
Kotik Foundation was established in June 2021, as a non profit organization under section 8 of the companies act 2013 with a strong commitment to serve vulnerable communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. ✔Distributed ration kits, medicines, and hygiene essentials in slums and villages. ✔Supported orphaned children and widows affected by the pandemic. ✔Laid the foundation of our mission: Empowering Lives, Creating Change.
Expanding Hope: Charity Programs Across Communities
With the easing of the pandemic, Kotik Foundation expanded its reach through various grassroots initiatives. Launched educational support programs for underprivileged children. ✔Organized health camps and women hygiene awareness programs. ✔Introduced clothing and blanket donation campaigns MEga Winter Charity Drive for the homeless and displaced. Promoted child education under “ Padhao Aur Desh ke vikas me sahyog karo” campaigns.
Livelihoods: Employment & Development Projects
The Foundation shifted focus towards livelihood generation and skill-building. ✔Conducted vocational training for women and youth in tailoring, beautician courses, and computer literacy. ✔Supported local artisans and daily wage workers with tools, resources, and marketing help. ✔Started rural development projects like clean drinking water access, sanitation improvement.
Launch of Remorks
To address the rise of remote work and unemployment, Kotik ✔Foundation launched Remorks, a platform to connect rural and urban youth with digital remote work opportunities. ✔Trained 1000+ individuals in digital skills like content writing, graphic design, data entry, and virtual assistance. ✔Bridged the urban-rural employment gap through technology. ✔To give more employment through Remorks up to 5000 Unemployed people
Nurturing Entrepreneurs: Interest-Free Funding & Support
This year, Kotik Foundation is focusing on empowering small and micro-entrepreneurs. ✔Offering zero-interest funding to aspiring entrepreneurs from underprivileged backgrounds. ✔Providing mentorship, business planning support, and market linkages. ✔Launching “Udyam Shakti” and "yuvapreneurs", a flagship initiative to promote sustainable local businesses and women-led enterprises.
