Women Empowerment

The Women Empowerment program supports women’s aspiration to transform themselves and their families. It provides them with the opportunity to embark on an empowerment journey; a journey to gain the confidence, skills and knowledge they need to reach their full potential as agents of sustainable change and to support their aspirations.

Kotik Foundation has been performing workshops in rural areas where adolescent girls hailing from underprivileged homes and communities are given information and knowledge on various health related issues and primary education. Also, rural women who were not able to continue their education because of any reason will be helped with various self-reliance trainings in order to gain meaningful skills and become independent part of the society.
