"Mitram" An Overview
Guiding Lives, Building Futures
“Sometimes, all a person needs is the right guidance to change their entire path.”
In today’s fast-changing world, many individuals from underprivileged backgrounds struggle with career confusion, legal issues, lack of educational direction, or entrepreneurial uncertainty. Most of them suffer not due to lack of talent — but due to lack of access to the right guidance.
To bridge this gap, Kotik Foundation proudly launches “Project Mitram” — a people-powered initiative where qualified professionals volunteer their time and wisdom to help others rise.

What is "Mitram"?
Mitram is a volunteer-based mentoring initiative of Kotik Foundation that connects individuals in need with experts from various fields — so they can receive free guidance, support, and knowledge. The project encourages experienced professionals to register as “Mitras” and contribute to society through counseling, online sessions, seminars, and awareness workshops.
