Why We Do
Woman Health Matters for all!
Menstrual hygiene is a critical yet often overlooked aspect of women’s health. In many parts of India, a lack of access to sanitary products and insufficient knowledge about menstrual health lead to serious health issues and social stigmatization. By addressing these challenges, the Kotik Foundation seeks to empower women and girls, enabling them to lead healthier and more confident lives.

Welcome to our sanitary pad distribution campaign! We are committed to
promoting menstrual hygiene and ensuring that women have access to sanitary
pads at free of cost in India. Our mission is to break the taboo around
menstruation and provide women with the necessary resources to manage their
periods with dignity. We believe that every woman has the right to manage her
menstrual cycle with dignity and without shame.

What We Do
Role of Kotik Foundation
We provide high-quality sanitary pads that are comfortable, absorbent, at free of cost. The pads are made from high quality materials that are gentle on the skin and free from harmful chemicals. We distribute a range of sizes and absorbencies to suit every woman’s needs.
In addition to providing sanitary pads, we also offer educational resources to help women and girls learn more about their menstrual cycle and how to manage it safely and hygienically with confidence. We believe that by breaking the silence around menstruation and providing women with the
necessary resources, we can empower them to take control of their reproductive health.

Sourcing and Production: Procuring high-quality, affordable sanitary pads, and supporting the production of reusable pads by local women.
Distribution Channels: Setting up distribution points in schools, community centers, and healthcare facilities.
Educational Campaigns: Creating and disseminating educational materials, and conducting interactive workshops and seminars.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assessing the program’s impact to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
